Prevent further water damage from affecting your property

Step 1

Find the water source

While a flood from a storm can be obvious, water damage can come from many sources such as

  • Flooded basement

  • Faulty toilet line

  • Frozen pipe

  • Flood damage

  • Broken water supply line or nozzle

  • Dishwasher blockage

  • Excessive debris in a gutter or downspout

Step 3

Water Cleanup Setup Process & Equipment Setup

Our technicians are trained to assess water damage externally first and limit parts of your home they must remove such as drywall, baseboards, and flooring to address the water.

The equipment needed depends on the amount of water damage and may include some devices like:

  • Industrial Dehumidifiers

  • Axial Fan Air Movers

  • Thermal imaging cameras

  • Extractors

With all of the above equipment strategically placed, the dry-out begins.  Our techs may leave the equipment in your home or business during the dry-out and check back at least daily to assess progress.

*Optional Antimicrobial Spray to reduce organisms such as mold*

Step 2

Call us

As quickly as possible, we will arrive at the scene of water damage to start the drying process and assess the extent of the water’s penetration into walls, ceiling, flooring, etc.

Call insurance. Even if you think insurance doesn’t cover it, it’s a good idea to contact them to be sure so you’ll know if it’s worth your while to file and get an insurance adjuster.

Step 4

Water Mitigation Completion

A tech will take you to the affected areas and show you readings to reassure you that the home is now dry. Once dry, the mitigation is complete. If you have coverage, we will submit it directly to your insurance company. â€‹
